↳ First decide what you are buying on LinkedIn, outreach, ads or one channel in a wider programme, then compare agencies.

Disclosure first, as on every list we publish: A-Sales is on this list, and A-Sales wrote it. A-Sales is a calling-first agency that runs LinkedIn as part of its outbound programmes, not a LinkedIn-only shop, and the entry says so. Every fact about another agency comes from its own website or its public Clutch profile, read on 27 October 2026. Where an agency does not publish something, we say so.

The short answer

"LinkedIn lead generation agency" covers three different services. Decide which one you are buying first:

  • Outreach from your own profile: Cleverly for the lowest published price, SalesBread for manual outreach backed by a money-back guarantee, Lead Cookie for researched, manual outreach in niche or high-ticket markets.
  • LinkedIn Ads management: Impactable for ads plus content on published tiers, B2Linked for a specialist in larger ad accounts.
  • LinkedIn as one channel in a wider programme: A-Sales if you want LinkedIn to warm up buyers before a senior caller books the meeting, Belkins for a large omnichannel programme, Martal Group for tech companies wanting a fixed pilot, CIENCE for per-SDR pricing, Callbox for several countries at once.

How we compared them

We left out scores out of ten and invented reply rates: neither can be checked. Each agency is compared on five things that decide a LinkedIn engagement:

  • What it actually runs. Outreach from a profile, paid LinkedIn Ads, or LinkedIn as one channel among several. These are different services with different prices.
  • Whose profile it uses, and how. Most outreach agencies work from your profile or a colleague's. That puts your account inside LinkedIn's rules (see what LinkedIn allows).
  • Price and billing unit. Per user, per month, or a management fee on top of ad spend.
  • Contract and guarantee. Month-to-month, a pilot, or a minimum term, and what happens in a month that misses.
  • Public reviews. The rating and review count on Clutch, because anyone can check them.

Outreach from your own profile

1. Cleverly

A Los Angeles agency that runs LinkedIn outreach from your profile: connection requests, then a three-touch message sequence to people who accept. It also sells cold email and cold calling.

  • Pricing: $397 to $997 a month per user, with discounts for teams of three or more (FAQ).
  • Guarantee: it says it cannot guarantee a specific number of meetings.
  • Reviews: 4.3 from 85 reviews on Clutch.

Best for: small B2B teams that want the lowest published entry price. Watch for: its pages give different monthly volumes (10–30 meetings on the LinkedIn page, 15–25 or 20–40 leads in its FAQs), and no contract term is published for LinkedIn plans.

2. SalesBread

A done-for-you LinkedIn and email outreach agency that works from your account and says it never uses AI: "Manual Personalization for Prospects" (site). It also offers LinkedIn content, and you pay for Sales Navigator yourself.

  • Pricing: no pricing page; a SalesBread post puts it at $2,000 to $3,000 a month.
  • Contract and guarantee: month-to-month, with "20+ sales qualified leads per month… or your money back", the only money-back guarantee here.
  • Reviews: no Clutch profile found.

Best for: buyers who want manual, research-heavy outreach and a guarantee. Watch for: a waiting list of several weeks, a price that only appears in a blog post, and no independent review record.

A LinkedIn outreach agency that researches 500 to 800 contacts a month and messages each one manually from your profile or a teammate's (site), with profile optimisation included.

  • Pricing: Core from $1,500 a month, Boutique from $3,700 (Core plan).
  • Contract: month-to-month; no guarantee published.
  • Reviews: 5.0 from 4 reviews on Clutch.

Best for: niche or high-ticket B2B, where careful targeting matters more than volume. Watch for: few independent reviews, and no stated lead or meeting volume.

LinkedIn Ads management

4. Impactable

A LinkedIn Ads agency in San Antonio, Texas that also sells a content programme it calls the Demand Engine, and describes itself as a Certified LinkedIn Partner. It does not run message outreach.

  • Pricing: published tiers: Ads Core from $3,000 a month (up to $15,000 ad spend), Growth from $4,500, Demand Engine $1,750 a month, a $1,500 setup, all before ad spend.
  • Contract: a 90-day discovery horizon; no minimum or guarantee stated.
  • Reviews: 4.5 from 36 reviews on Clutch; its homepage cites a 5.0.

Best for: B2B teams that want paid LinkedIn and content on transparent tiers. Watch for: it is ads, not outreach, and the Clutch figure on its homepage is higher than its profile shows.

5. B2Linked

A LinkedIn Ads-only agency in Lehi, Utah that describes itself as an official LinkedIn Marketing Partner and says it has spent over $150M on the platform.

  • Pricing: published at $3,000 a month plus a $1,000 setup for ad budgets under $15,000 a month, and 20% down to 6% of spend above that.
  • Contract: a 3-month contract is required.
  • Reviews: 4.8 from 4 reviews on Clutch.

Best for: companies with a real LinkedIn Ads budget that want a specialist. Watch for: a 3-month minimum, few reviews, and no outreach service.

LinkedIn as one channel in a wider programme

6. A-Sales

A calling-first outbound agency with a US & Europe-based team. Its LinkedIn lead generation service starts with a profile review, then segment-specific connection and message sequences, content, and manual follow-up, and hands warm threads to senior callers who book the meeting by phone. LinkedIn is there to give the buyer a name they recognise before the call, not to replace it.

  • Track record: LinkedIn ran alongside email and calling in published campaigns: profile positioning, persona outreach and content for Google Gemini (20 Fortune 500 meetings and two enterprise deals closed), and LinkedIn posts plus direct outreach to executives that filled events for Gartner (100+ registrations in one week) and HCL Software (80+ qualified attendees in ten days).
  • Pricing: engagements from $4,000 a month, or pay-per-appointment once the target profile is proven.
  • Reviews: 4.9 from 83 reviews on Clutch.

Best for: B2B teams with Account Executives who want LinkedIn and the phone working on the same buyers. Watch for: it is not a LinkedIn-only or LinkedIn Ads agency. If you want outreach from your profile and nothing else, the first three entries cost less.

7. Belkins

An omnichannel appointment setting agency that includes LinkedIn outreach in every tier alongside email, calling, WhatsApp, paid ads and events (pricing).

  • Pricing: monthly retainers; its appointment setting page gives an average starter price from $5,000.
  • Contract: not published.
  • Reviews: 4.9 from 234 reviews on Clutch.

Best for: mid-market and enterprise teams that want LinkedIn inside a large multichannel programme. Watch for: its small-business tier is delivered through partner agencies. Our Belkins review has more.

8. Martal Group

An outsourced SDR agency in Oakville, Canada whose entry tier includes LinkedIn invites and messaging, with 600 to 700 LinkedIn follow-ups a month, next to email and phone (pricing). It says AI drives its outreach automation.

  • Pricing: a flat monthly fee; not published.
  • Contract: a 3-month pilot, then a monthly subscription.
  • Reviews: 4.8 from 109 reviews on Clutch.

Best for: technology companies that want a multichannel SDR team with a defined pilot. Watch for: ask how automation is used on LinkedIn, given LinkedIn's rules below.

9. CIENCE

An outbound provider whose SDRs each run phone, email and LinkedIn on one cadence, with AI-assisted research (pricing).

  • Pricing: $2,000 a month for the campaign team and $499 for the platform, then SDRs from $1,750 a month offshore or $3,500 in the US and Europe, plus a performance bonus and a one-time setup.
  • Contract: month-to-month.
  • Reviews: 4.2 from 142 reviews on Clutch.

Best for: teams that want transparent per-SDR pricing they can scale. Watch for: LinkedIn is one of three channels per SDR, not a specialism. Our CIENCE review has the detail.

10. Callbox

A multichannel provider that runs LinkedIn inside campaign pods alongside phone, email and retargeting, and lists LinkedIn outreach automation in its tool stack (pricing).

  • Pricing: an estimated $16,000 to $32,000 a quarter per pod of one dedicated SDR.
  • Reviews: 4.6 from 128 reviews on Clutch.

Best for: programmes across several countries at once. Watch for: LinkedIn automation sits uneasily with LinkedIn's rules; ask how it is used on your account. See our Callbox review.

How much does a LinkedIn lead generation agency cost?

It depends on which service you buy. Outreach from your own profile is the cheapest: Cleverly publishes $397 to $997 a month per user, Lead Cookie from $1,500 a month, and SalesBread's own post says $2,000 to $3,000. LinkedIn Ads management starts at about $3,000 a month at both Impactable and B2Linked, with ad spend on top. Programmes where LinkedIn is one channel start at $4,000 a month at A-Sales and from $5,000 on average at Belkins.

To compare across those, work out what each costs per qualified meeting with your own close rate and deal size. The ROI calculator does the arithmetic, and our appointment setting comparison covers agencies that are paid for meetings rather than activity.

What LinkedIn allows, and what to ask

Most outreach agencies work from your profile, so your account carries the risk. LinkedIn's User Agreement says members will not "use bots or other unauthorized automated methods to access the Services, add or download contacts, send or redirect messages", and will not share their account. Its help article on prohibited software adds that members who use automation tools "risk having their accounts restricted or shut down".

LinkedIn also limits invitations. It does not publish a weekly number, but says an account that sends too many may be restricted, typically for a week (invitation limits).

Before you sign, ask each agency:

  1. Whose profile will you use, and who logs in to it?
  2. Do you use any automation software on LinkedIn? Get the answer in writing.
  3. How many connection requests and messages a week will you send?
  4. What do you count as a lead, and what as a meeting? LinkedIn agencies often report replies; ask what share became held meetings.
  5. What happens to the conversations when the engagement ends?
